A closer look

“Scattered Sacrament Bits”, is about the questioning of one’s belief, be that of religion, personal growth or political driven views. We, as individuals, have these strong ideologies that we cling to. The message in this piece is that the beliefs that we have are tied to our very being and are sacred to our essence. As we grow and age these views are questioned and often change, as we ourselves change. To further symbolize transformation, I use aged, reclaimed wood that shows weathering.
