A closer look

I was inspired by the beauty of Lake Tahoe. The turquoise and azure blues of this magnificent lake is beyond gorgeous. The painting “Under Crystal Bay” is influenced by my memories of swimming in the bay and looking up from underwater. The sunlight’s reflections and the various blues and greens of the water all glimmered such so. I hope the viewer can experience this fantastic feeling of floating underwater through my painting. This piece is highly textured using different techniques and layered with many hues of blue and greens.
